Opt Out of Marketing Communications

If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from Supersis, Inc. or the Fincheck platform, you may opt out at any time by contacting us via email.

How to Opt Out

  1. Send an email to supersis@supersis.io
  2. Use the subject line: Marketing Opt-out Request
  3. Include your registered email address or account username in the body of the email.

Please note: Your opt-out request may take up to 5 business days to process. During this period, you may still receive previously scheduled communications. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional notifications related to your account or trading activity.

  3. 이메일 본문에 가입하신 이메일 주소 또는 계정 사용자명을 포함해 주세요.

유의사항: 수신 거부 요청은 처리까지 최대 영업일 기준 5일이 소요될 수 있습니다. 처리 기간 동안 이미 예정된 커뮤니케이션을 수신할 수 있습니다. 마케팅 수신 거부는 계정 또는 거래 활동과 관련된 거래 알림에는 영향을 미치지 않습니다.
