로그인이 필요한 EPODI 계정
EPODI를 사용하려면 Apple 또는 Google 로그인이 필요하며, 첫 로그인이 완료되면 해당 로그인에 연결된 EPODI 계정이 생성됩니다. 기기에 저장된 비공개 초안은 계정 삭제와 별도로 앱 설정의 모든 로컬 초안 삭제 기능으로 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.
삭제 요청 방법
앱 설정의 계정 삭제 안내에서 이 페이지를 열거나 아래 이메일 링크로 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청에는 EPODI 계정에 사용한 로그인 제공자(Apple 또는 Google)와 해당 제공자가 전달한 이메일 주소를 적어 주십시오.
비밀번호, 로그인 토큰, 전체 Apple 거래 정보, 전체 Google 구매 토큰 또는 카드번호는 보내지 마십시오. 계정 소유 확인을 위해 최근 인증을 다시 요청할 수 있습니다.
처리 절차와 기간
- 앱 설정에서 계정 삭제를 요청하면 즉시 삭제되지 않고 30일의 유예 기간이 시작됩니다.
- 유예 기간 중에는 다시 로그인하여 삭제를 취소할 수 있습니다.
- 유예 기간이 지나면 Apple 또는 Google 로그인 연결, 사용자 식별 데이터, 서버 크레딧 원장 연결과 업로드한 이미지가 영구 삭제됩니다.
- 미사용 크레딧은 적용 가능한 환불 처리를 마친 뒤 계정과 함께 소멸하며 복구되지 않습니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- EPODI 계정과 Apple 또는 Google 로그인 연결
- 서버 크레딧 잔액, 사용자와 원장 거래의 연결 및 구매 식별자 연결
- 지원 또는 보안상 더 이상 필요하지 않은 계정 관련 정보
별도로 보관되는 데이터
결제, 환불 및 회계 기록은 식별 정보를 최소화하여 5년간 보관합니다. 관련 법령이 더 긴 기간을 요구하면 그 기간을 따릅니다. 보안 및 오류 로그는 최대 90일간 보관한 뒤 삭제 또는 집계합니다.
기기 내 비공개 초안은 서버 계정과 연결되지 않으므로 계정 삭제와 별도로 앱 설정에서 삭제해야 합니다. 초안은 회사 서버로 전송되지 않고 운영체제 백업에서도 제외됩니다.
Delete your account and associated data
An EPODI account requires sign-in
You must sign in with Apple or Google to use EPODI. Completing your first sign-in creates an EPODI account linked to that identity. Delete private drafts separately with Delete all local drafts in app settings.
How to request deletion
Open this page from the in-app account-deletion information or use the email link below. Include the sign-in provider used for EPODI (Apple or Google) and the email address supplied by that provider.
Do not send a password, sign-in token, full Apple transaction data, full Google purchase token, or card number. We may require recent authentication to verify account ownership.
Process and timing
- Requesting account deletion in app settings starts a 30-day grace period instead of deleting immediately.
- Signing in again during the grace period lets you cancel the deletion.
- When the grace period ends, we permanently remove Apple or Google identity links, identifying user data, links to the server credit ledger, and uploaded images.
- Unused credits expire with the account after any applicable refund handling and cannot be restored.
Data deleted
- The EPODI account and Apple or Google identity link
- The server credit balance and links between the user, ledger entries, and purchase identifiers
- Account information no longer required for support or security
Data retained separately
Payment, refund, and accounting records are retained with identifiers minimized for five years, or longer when required by law. Security and error logs are retained for no more than 90 days, then deleted or aggregated.
Private drafts on the device are not linked to the server account and must be deleted separately in app settings. Drafts are not sent to Supersis servers and are excluded from operating-system backups.
