1. Scope

This policy applies to the EPODI application for iPhone and Android provided by Supersis, Inc. You must sign in with Apple or Google to use EPODI. Additional processing applies to credit purchases and rewarded ads when those features are enabled.

2. On-device data and free use

After you sign in, your free-copy count, device date, app settings, and private drafts are stored only on your device. Five free copies of included prompts are provided each day based on the device clock and are not synchronized with your signed-in account or another device. Copying a private draft you saved is free and does not use this allowance.

A private draft may contain the title, body, category, and options you enter. Drafts are not sent to Supersis servers and are excluded from operating-system backups.

Because drafts are excluded from backups, they cannot be restored after you delete the app or its data, or if the device is lost or replaced.

When you tap Copy, EPODI writes the selected prompt to the system clipboard. EPODI does not read clipboard contents.

3. Sign-in, payments, and ad rewards

When you sign in or use purchases or ad rewards, the following information may be processed by Supersis and its service providers:

An account identifier, email address, and display name supplied through Google sign-in are used only for authentication, account operations, security, and customer support. We do not use this sign-in information for personalized advertising, AI model training, or sale.

• An account identifier, email address, and display name supplied by Apple or Google, when available
• An Apple transaction ID or Google purchase token, product ID, purchase status, refund or revocation status, and verification result
• The server-authoritative credit balance, ledger entries, usage time, prompt ID used, and idempotency key
• IP-based approximate location, ad and app interactions, diagnostics, device or account identifiers, advertising data, and privacy choices that Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform may process
• An opaque account reference, AdMob transaction identifier, ad unit, reward item and amount, and processing result used to verify ad rewards
• Request IDs, error codes, security events, access times, and the minimum network information needed to protect the service

4. Information we do not collect

• We do not collect private-draft titles or bodies on Supersis servers.
• EPODI has no public feed, public posts, comments, reports, or user-to-user interaction.
• EPODI does not read your clipboard.

5. Why information is processed

• To authenticate an account and provide one paid-credit ledger across iPhone and Android
• To verify purchases and handle duplicate grants, fraud, refunds, and revocations
• To provide rewarded ads according to your privacy choices and grant a completed ad reward only once
• To provide account deletion, customer support, error resolution, and service security
• To comply with applicable law and app-store obligations

6. Service providers

When enabled, Apple may process Sign in with Apple and App Store purchases. Google may process Google sign-in, Google Play purchases, Google Mobile Ads, and User Messaging Platform. Depending on your consent and privacy choices and applicable law, Google and its advertising partners may provide personalized or non-personalized ads and perform measurement and fraud prevention. Amazon Web Services (AWS), AWS Cognito, or an equivalent provider may be used for authentication, APIs, and the server ledger.

7. Retention and deletion

• On-device drafts and settings: until you delete them in the app or remove the app data
• Account data and server-ledger links: while the account is active, then deleted or de-identified after a 30-day grace period that starts at the deletion request; signing in again during the grace period lets you cancel the deletion
• Payment, refund, and accounting records: five years with identifiers minimized, or longer when required by law
• Ad-reward verification records: with identifiers minimized, for as long as needed to prevent duplicate grants and fraud under applicable law and Supersis retention policy
• Security and error logs: no more than 90 days, then deleted or aggregated
• Support requests: for as long as needed to resolve the request, then deleted unless further retention is legally required

8. Your choices and account deletion

Signed-in users can delete all local drafts in app settings and request account deletion from the in-app account-deletion information or the public account-deletion page. A deletion request starts a 30-day grace period, after which the account is permanently deleted. Signing in again during the grace period lets you cancel the deletion.

When required, you can reopen Google's privacy choices from app settings. If a build separately requests iOS app-tracking permission, you can also change that choice in operating-system settings.

When the grace period ends and deletion runs, identity links, identifying user data, server-ledger links, and uploaded images are removed. Legally retained payment records are minimized. Unused credits expire with the account after any applicable refund handling. Deleting private drafts on the device is a separate choice.
