EPODI 이용약관 / Terms of Use

1. Service scope

EPODI provides browsing, option composition, copying of included prompts, and private drafts stored on the device. The initial release has no public feed, public posting, comments, reporting, blocking, or user-to-user interaction.

2. Sign-in and local data

You must sign in with Apple or Google to use the app. After signing in, you may copy included prompts five times per day based on the device clock. This is an on-device benefit and does not synchronize with your signed-in account or another device. Copying a private draft you saved is free and consumes neither this allowance nor credits.

Drafts are not sent to Supersis servers and are excluded from operating-system backups. EPODI writes a selected prompt to the clipboard only when you tap Copy and does not read clipboard contents.

Drafts excluded from backups cannot be restored after you delete the app or its data, or if the device is lost or replaced.

3. Accounts and credits

An EPODI account is linked to Sign in with Apple or Google. When credits are enabled, signed-in users may purchase credits through in-app purchases or earn the stated amount by completing a rewarded ad. The server ledger is authoritative for balances and transactions and can be shared across iPhone and Android for the same account.

Credits are consumable digital items for the copy feature, not cash, deposits, or electronic money. They cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. They have no separate expiration while the account remains active, but unused credits expire with a deleted account after any applicable refund handling.

4. Purchases, verification, and refunds

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Credits are granted only after server verification confirms the purchase and prevents duplicate grants. A network or verification failure may delay a grant; contact support if this occurs.

Refunds and reversals are governed by the relevant store rules and applicable law. A verified refund or reversal may remove the corresponding grant or adjust a later balance if credits were already used.

5. Rewarded ads

A rewarded ad is shown only after you choose it. One credit is granted for an ad only when you complete the stated condition and Supersis verifies Google's server-side callback and confirms that the transaction has not already been rewarded.

No credit may be granted if you dismiss the ad or if presentation, network, or verification fails. Supersis may reject or adjust rewards when ad delivery or reward verification is bypassed, automated, or manipulated.

6. Drafts and content

You retain rights in private drafts, and Supersis receives no license to drafts that are never sent to its servers. EPODI's included prompts, design, and software remain the property of Supersis or their respective owners.

You are responsible for reviewing copied prompts and any results produced by another service and for respecting applicable law and third-party rights.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Circumventing or manipulating the service, purchase or ad-reward verification, or credit ledger
• Interfering with service stability or another person's use
• Violating applicable law or another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights

8. Account deletion

You may request account deletion in the app or on the public account-deletion page. Requests are completed within 30 days. New purchases and spending are blocked first, then identity links, identifying user data, and server-ledger links are removed. Payment, refund, and accounting records required by law are retained with identifiers minimized for five years or longer when legally required. Local drafts are deleted separately in the app.

9. Changes, responsibility, and contact

Supersis may update these terms for security, legal, or service changes and will post material changes in the app or on the website. Rights that cannot be limited under mandatory law take priority over these terms.
