문의할 때 앱 플랫폼(iPhone 또는 Android), 앱 버전, 문제가 발생한 시각과 증상을 알려 주십시오. 비밀번호, 로그인 토큰, 전체 구매 토큰 또는 결제 카드번호는 보내지 마십시오.

구매와 크레딧 문제

  • 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 스토어 주문 ID와 구매 시각을 알려 주면 지급 상태 확인에 도움이 됩니다.
  • 크레딧은 서버 구매 검증이 성공한 뒤 지급됩니다. 중복 지급을 막기 위해 같은 거래는 한 번만 처리됩니다.
  • 결제 환불은 해당 스토어 정책과 적용 법령에 따릅니다. 환불이 확인되면 관련 크레딧 지급이 조정될 수 있습니다.

  • 계정이 필요한가요? — 네. EPODI를 사용하려면 Apple 또는 Google 로그인이 필요합니다. 로그인 후 하루 5회의 기기 로컬 무료 복사를 사용할 수 있습니다.
  • 초안이 서버에 올라가나요? — 아니요. 비공개 초안은 회사 서버로 전송되지 않고 운영체제 백업에서도 제외됩니다.
  • 클립보드를 읽나요? — 아니요. Copy 버튼을 누를 때 선택한 프롬프트를 쓰기만 합니다.
  • 무료 횟수는 언제 초기화되나요? — 기기 시각을 기준으로 매일 자정에 5회로 초기화됩니다.
  • 내 초안을 복사해도 무료 횟수가 줄어드나요? — 아니요. 사용자가 저장한 비공개 초안 복사는 무료입니다.
  • 광고나 분석 추적이 있나요? — 보상형 광고가 활성화되면 사용자가 동전 버튼을 선택한 경우에만 Google Mobile Ads 광고를 요청합니다. 별도의 제3자 행동 분석 SDK는 사용하지 않습니다.
  • 로컬 초안은 어떻게 삭제하나요? — 앱 설정의 모든 로컬 초안 삭제 기능을 사용하십시오.

계정과 개인정보 삭제

앱의 계정 삭제 안내 또는 공개 계정 삭제 페이지에서 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있으며 최대 30일 안에 처리합니다. 로컬 초안은 계정 삭제와 별도로 앱 설정에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.

Include your platform (iPhone or Android), app version, approximate issue time, and symptoms. Do not send a password, sign-in token, full purchase token, or payment-card number.

Purchase and credit issues

  • Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. A store order ID and purchase time help us investigate a missing grant.
  • Credits are granted after server purchase verification. Each store transaction is processed only once.
  • Refunds follow the applicable store rules and law. A confirmed refund may adjust the related credit grant.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do I need an account? — Yes. You must sign in with Apple or Google to use EPODI. After signing in, you can use five on-device free copies per day.
  • Are drafts uploaded? — No. Private drafts are not sent to Supersis servers and are excluded from operating-system backups.
  • Does EPODI read my clipboard? — No. It only writes the selected prompt after you tap Copy.
  • When do free copies reset? — At midnight according to the device clock.
  • Does copying my own draft use the free allowance? — No. Copying a private draft you saved is free.
  • Does EPODI use ads or analytics tracking? — When rewarded ads are enabled, EPODI requests a Google Mobile Ads ad only after you select the coin button. EPODI does not use a separate third-party behavioral analytics SDK.
  • How do I delete drafts? — Use Delete all local drafts in app settings.

Account and privacy deletion

Request account deletion from the in-app account-deletion information or the public account-deletion page. Requests are completed within 30 days. Delete local drafts separately in app settings.
